Lawsuit for the name “iPhone”
January 2007 Apple announced the iPhone , Cisco technology company’s attention turned around claiming the name “iPhone” is part of range of VoIP products and services. Tie break leads Cisco to file a lawsuit, later two companies eventually reached an agreement with undisclosed terms in February 2007. An agreement that allows both companies to use the name “iPhone “.
